Class Action Defense, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate should have prior experience handling class action defense cases. Will also be required to represent clients for traffic and criminal defense cases. Any prior Personal Injury experience is a plus. Tasks Will Include: Full Case Preparation; Court appearances throughout NJ; Client consultations; Brief/Motion drafting; Expungement preparation. Experience handling class action cases required. Prior experience handling municipal and superior court cases required. Excellent writing skills required. Extremely Organized required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Active member of the New Jersey State Bar required.
