Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and/or paralegal support for a busy law firm. Ensuring timely and accurate production of legal documentation including pleadings, discovery, letters, memos, forms, drafts, reports, and other legal documents. Responsible for requesting and organizing medical records, filing correspondence and pleadings, switchboard duty, client interviews and various other administrative duties as assigned. Must have High school degree or equivalent. Should preferably have college certification or degree. Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm accurately is required. Demonstrated knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes is needed. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is must.
