PIP Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a good understanding of the litigation process as well as be familiar with current PIP issues. Should be able to review and draft discovery/responses, prepare standard motions for attorney review, identify responsive discovery documents, including a collection of EOBs, PIP log, be familiar with case issues.
