Taking and defending depositions in state and federal court. Motion practice. Assisting partners in complex cases and trials. Taking and defending depositions. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. 1-3 years relevant experience. Strong analytical, research and writing skills. State and federal court experience. Maritime background is a plus.
