Part-time Legal Secretary The candidate will handle general clerical duties such as greeting clients, copying, faxing, scanning, answering phones, shredding documents, filing, and monitoring supply usage. Will be creating physical and electronic files for new clients. Supporting attorney and paralegal in drafting and sending out letters, revising documents, and preparing estate planning binders. Obtaining beneficiary designation forms and assisting with form completion. Following up with clients to move estate planning process forward, assist in completing trust funding, and ensure other follow up items are completed. Must have Associates or Bachelor's Degree in any field or 2+ years of directly related experience. Must have ability to type at least 60 words per minute. Should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
