Senior Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare initial drafts of discovery, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents. Will be proactive to manage, calendar, organize, prioritize work between paralegal and attorney. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and deadlines. Organize and maintain large volume of client files and documents. Take Prospective New Client calls (PNC's) and join with attorney in initial consults. Join in client meetings. The candidate should have 7+ Years of experience as a Civil Litigation paralegal. Must have experience with drafting and responding to discovery and motions. Knowledge of state and federal deadlines is required. Must have ability to handle a large case load. Ability to take initiative to calendar, organize, prioritize work between paralegal and attorney is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with clients and court staff is needed.
