Part-time Paralegal/Secretary Duties: Scheduling Appointments. Multi-tasking. Document Drafting. Scanning and filing documents electronically. Daily interaction with clients. Daily interaction with insurance companies, attorneys, and other professionals. Maintaining tasks and responsibilities within a caseload. Must be able to work in a team environment. Organizes priorities and structures work flow. Maintain minimum level of cases and client contact. Qualifications: 1 - 3 years of legal/professional services preferred OR 1 - 3 years customer service experience. Excellent computer skills / Typing skills. Ability to work without close supervision. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills. Work well under pressure and with deadlines. Ability to adapt well to change and adjust appropriately. Responds promptly to client needs. Maintains confidentiality. Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Knowledge of law firm policies and procedures. Exhibit sound and accurate judgment. Manage competing demands. Great Communication Skills. Knowing and following firm policies and procedures. Decision Making. Problem Solving. Exceeding the expected level of customer service. Working under pressure and with deadlines. Schedule: 30-39 Hours per week
