Summary: Law Firm is looking to hire an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Law Attorney to join their growing team in Oakland County, Michigan. This Attorney will be responsible for preparing estate planning documents, counseling clients on estate matters, handling probate matters, and participating in the business development of the firm. This position requires three years of experience and admission to the Michigan Bar. There is the potential for a higher compensation with an existing client base and experience in bringing in new clients. Qualifications: * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and familiar with PracticeMaster/Tabs3 billing software * Courtroom, filings and motion experience * Estate Planning and Probate Law experience * Ability to meet firm set minimal billing requirements Salary: The salary for this position is 80,000 - 100,000 / Yearly and is commensurate with experience.
