Attorney - Social Security Disability The candidate will exhibits a professional, courteous demeanor to company's external and internal clients. Will significant interaction with hearing offices with oral and written advocacy to administration law court and/or Federal District Court. Will interprets laws, rulings and regulations for clients. Will examines legal and medical data to determine viability of case. Will confers with colleagues to establish and verify basis for legal proceedings. Will conducts research, interviews clients and witnesses and handles other details in preparation for appeals or hearings. Will prepares legal briefs, develops strategies, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation of case. Will represents claimants for Social Security disability hearings.
