Attorney - Intake The candidate will provides legal, technical guidance and knowledge for potential client cases with significant client interaction. Provides directions on legal issues to staff and oversight on legal issues for cases. Will exhibits a professional, courteous demeanor to company's external and internal clients. Will significant interaction with potential clients. Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for clients. Will examines legal and medical data to determine insurance coverage, liability and damages. Will confers with colleagues in various practice areas to establish legal protocol for potential cases. Will meets with potential clients and handles other details in preparation for case sign-up. Will be responsible for legal compliance with respect to client intake processes/procedure. Must be able to administer/adhere to company policies and procedures. Travel is required. Must have a JD degree from an accredited college or university; State Bar membership. Deadline : 28-Oct-2017
