Associate Attorney The candidate will be attending depositions. Assisting the senior attorneys with trial prep. Making court appearances. Law and motion. Legal writing and research. Drafting correspondence. Summarizing and/or propounding discovery. Drafting notices and objections. Interacting with clients. Personal injury experience is preferred. Must be licensed in Nevada. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Should be well organized and detail-oriented. Should be reliable and punctual. Employment Law experience is needed. Strong legal research and analysis. Experience drafting and responding to discovery is needed. Legal writing experience is needed.
