PIP Attorney The candidate will do management of PIP caseload. Monitor delivered files and pre-litigation efforts. Draft and file Summonses and Complaints, Motions, Discovery, Responses, etc. Attend PIP case management conferences/pre-hearing trials as necessary. Settle PIP claims and/or bring through the litigation process. Visit client offices to continue rapport, review files, and work with on site support staff as needed. Some new client/business development involvement. Should have 1-3 years of Florida PIP experience. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed. Active Florida Bar license is required. Initiative and the ability to take charge independently while also actively participating as a member of the team is needed.
