Associate Attorney The candidate will join Family Law and Criminal Defense Attorney. Limited experience is required. The Family Law Attorney must have a team mentality with a desire to become a top courtroom litigator. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Family Law Attorneys. Perform all aspects of Family Law representation including Divorces; Modifications; Enforcements; Child custody; Grandparents rights; CPS cases and other complex family matters. Should be Licensed in Texas or scheduled to take the Texas Bar.
