Attorney at Law The candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Attorney and be licensed to practice in SC. This position requires good writing skills and a willingness to litigate. Must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Must have a strong sense of urgency about problem solving, meeting challenging deadlines and achieving critical goals. Familiar with case management software, preferably Needles is desired. Workers Compensation experience a plus. Completion of 403's a plus. Bilingual a plus.
