Associate Attorney - Immigration Law The candidate must have 1-3 years of immigration law experience, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills, and are ready to take your career to the next level. Represent applicants/petitions at interviews before USCIS. Represent respondents in removal proceedings before EOIR. Prepare, file, and track applications for immigration relief with USCIS and/or DOS. Draft legal documents such as memos, waivers, affidavits, briefs and/or motions. Perform relevant legal research and work with Principal Attorney to provide guidance to clients. Collaborate with clients, Principal Attorney, and staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school. Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam. Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base. Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients.
