Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be preparing USCIS forms to be filed (I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-751, N-400, I-601/601A, I-589, I-539, I-360, etc.). Meeting with clients about their cases and answering calls pertaining to the cases they are working on. Obtaining documents/information from clients. Proving clients, a list of outstanding documents after each meeting. Communicating and following up for outstanding documents/evidence. Preparing of affidavits in support of the case (hardship, witness, asylum, VAWA affidavits, etc.). Familiarity with EOIR based applications/cases (i.e.: EOIR 42A/B). Updating office database regarding cases you are working on. A minimum of 2 years of experience in this field is required. Bilingual - Spanish preferred. Should have the ability to work and complete tasks independently in a fast and efficient manner. Must have strong writing and research skills as preparation of affidavits are required (hardship, witness, asylum, VAWA, etc.).
