Paralegal The candidate must have significant experience in all aspects of personal injury. Should have 5+ years' experience to handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake ; including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice and negotiations. Must possess strong managerial and organizational skills, demonstrate superior writing skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work professionally in a fast-paced environment essential. Spanish a plus. Must have significant experience in all aspects of personal injury practice, Word and Outlook. Trialworks and Spanish a plus.
