Associate Attorney The candidate will be managing an ascending client base in areas of practice that include: complex commercial matters, civil rights, serious injury, governmental affairs and entertainment law. Will be crafting of pleadings, motions and other documents, electronic filing in state and federal courts, maintaining calendars and case, legal and fact research, and all coordination with clients, witnesses, counsel and the courts. Law clerks and interns may be engaged as well. Must have 2-3 years of experience with significant legal undertakings, and any law clerk applicants should hopefully be 3Ls or recent graduates. Should be familiar with Lexis and have strong critical thinking and writing capacities, with all work product being delivered timely with proficiency.
