Associate Attorney The candidate will join the estate planning and litigation practice. Must have 1-3 years of recent experience in estate planning (with experience in tax), trust and estate administration, and litigation, with a willingness to take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise. Should have knowledge and experience in estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and related business and real property issues as well as general civil litigation concepts. Must have superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
