Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will handle residential real estate closings and are seeking to hire an experienced closing paralegal. Assistance with residential real estate transactions, including working with attorneys, buyers, lenders, and realtors. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent degree with 1 year of Paralegal and Microsoft Office experience. Must have a thorough understanding of running and reviewing/analyzing titles; experience will include residential real estate closings, preparation of pre-closing and post-closing packages, including but not limited to the settlement statement, closing disclosure; previous experience handling real estate closings transactions from start to finish, and knowledge of DoubleTime real estate software; knowledge of ATIDS. Additional duties as assigned.
