Litigation Attorney Part Time The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation including substantive events and proceedings in the cases such as: Drafting discovery responses, Amended complaints, Responses to motions, and CRNs. Taking and defending depositions of Corporate Representative, Field Adjuster, Engineers as well as defending plaintiff deposition. Appearing at Hearings and arguing Motions to dismiss, for summary judgment, and motions to compel discovery. Must be Florida barred. Should have experience in first party property. Must have admitted to practice in the southern district.
