Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will draft pleadings, motion papers, discovery demands and responses. Conduct and defend depositions. Attend initial conferences, status conferences, motion conferences and pre-trial conferences in state and federal courts. Review records and perform calculations and analyses of damages owed to clients. Meet or call clients to discuss their cases and options. Admission to New York federal courts (EDNY and SDNY) is a must. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Should have 1-2 years of experience in wage-per-hour, discrimination, overtime and/or class action law suits.
