Paralegal - Probate and Estate Planning/Litigation Snohomish, WA Salary: $60K - $75K We at are looking for an experienced probate and estate planning paralegal and an experienced litigation paralegal with some experience in transactional real estate matters to join our small and extremely busy law firm located in Snohomish. Our Probate Attorney relies heavily on her paralegals to prepare the initial filings and gather the necessary information to administer the estate. The Litigation Paralegal will draft preliminary pleadings for the attorney to edit, and most importantly, track deadlines and make sure pleadings are properly served and delivered to the court. We are as interested in your ability to learn as what you currently know.
