Legal Secretary, Plaintiff Litigation The candidate should have High School Diploma or GED. Having High school or equivalent education is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have Litigation Experience including civil trial. Legal research experience is required. Experience of 5+ years in legal secretarial and 2+ years in litigation is preferred. Having plaintiff Experience is preferred. LawToolBox and TrialWorks experience is a plus. Insurance Bad Faith is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is needed. Knowledge of civil procedure relating to both State and Federal rules and statutes is required. Must be proficient with office equipment.
