Communicate with clients and opposing counsel/staff in an effective and courteous manner. Schedule depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Request medical records and bills, confirm balances, and request reductions from medical providers. Should have experience with Needles. Should have 3+ years of personal injury or workers compensation experience. Should have experience with trial preparation.
