Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be an active member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah State Bar exam as soon as possible.
