Part-time Paralegal The candidate will prepare and send legal correspondence such as emails and letters. Draft motions, responses, and pleadings. Prepare responses to discovery. Research legal issues. Coordinate and schedule hearings, meetings, and telephonic conferences. Review and analyze client records and discovery documents. insurance, commercial, and/or employment law. A paralegal certificate or degree from a local school is required. Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish, comfortable speaking to clients in both languages. Be an excellent writer in English.
