Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will organize and maintain all client files. File pleadings in Arizona and Federal courts. Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence and pleadings timely. Manage deadlines and coordinate meetings/depositions. Assist attorneys with research. Trial preparation. Source and retain experts. Other responsibilities as needed and assigned. Proficient in drafting written discovery, Disclosure Statements, Joint Reports, correspondence, and the like required. 5 + years of personal injury experience required. Experience using case management software; Needles a plus. Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
