Associate Attorney The candidate must be commercial litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience. Must have proven research, briefing, discovery, and client service skills, and must possess strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. Must be a current member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar (a member in good standing of the New York bar, also, is a plus), and familiarity with practice in the state and federal courts in New Jersey is preferred.
