Law Firm Seeks Immigration Attorney is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate must have experience in asylums, removal proceedings, defensive applications for relief, family-based filings, naturalization, family-based consular processing, VAWA applications, and I-212/I-601A waivers. The attorney must be able to communicate in Spanish and have a passion for providing solutions for their clients. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with clients on a regular basis regarding their cases Manage case load and meet deadlines Stay up to date on all legal issues that may impact clients Formulate creative legal strategies within the framework of all governmental and other regulations, laws and related policies Draft motions, review and file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law Conduct legal research as needed Create a legal strategy for the client's case from beginning to end Qualifications: Must speak Spanish Experience in immigration law Empathetic and passionate about providing solutions for clients Desire for professional growth Willing to travel outside of the state Compensation: offers a competitive salary of $70K - $100K per year.
