Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must be detail-oriented, exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, work well with others under deadlines in a changing environment, and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. They must also have the ability to navigate a lawsuit from inception through trial in an effective and timely manner. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA approved school, 2+ years of litigation experience, Active license and be in good standing with the Maryland Bar as well as any other state Bar where a license has been held, Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers, Demonstrated knowledge of state legal system and law, Demonstrated strong professional ethics, reliability and accountability, Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Workers compensation and personal injury experience preferred, Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plu. Ability to put people at ease during difficult times. Respect for privacy, confidentiality and ethical standards. Dedication to excellence in all facets of the legal process.
