Associate Attorney The candidate will shadow and emulate the Principal Attorneys in every aspect of their role as estate planning, elder law, and probate practitioners in the pursuit of both growing existing locations and personal clientele. Will attend client meetings, design tax, business and estate plans, complete notes from client meetings, conduct client signing appointments and family meetings, respond to client emails and phone calls, draft and review documents and working with support staff to accomplish case goals. Should have Juris Doctorate and either licensed to practice law in Texas or in the process of being licensed no later than April 2021. Must have proficiency in writing, grammar, and typing skills. Internships or experience in estate planning, elder law, business law, tax planning and/or financial planning is a plus. 3+ years of experience is preferred.
