Attorney Duties: Handles policyholder/plaintiff s insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases from start to finish. Screening and determining whether to accept cases, deciding the appropriate type of lawsuit to file, preparing the complaint, filing motions, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of the litigation through mediation, settlement, or trial. Handles all aspects of closing out a file. Charge of all client contact and communications. Communicate with all clients and business associates. Qualifications: Litigation Experience (First Party Property Insurance+). Experience in taking and defending depositions. Trial Experience. Strong research and writing skills. Self Motivated. Strong Marketing skills. Great Written and Verbal skills. Independent and motivated.
