Attorney Candidate will assist with their litigation and/or bankruptcy needs. Must have: Active and ethical member in good standing with the State bar of jurisdiction. High level of professionalism and commitment to abiding by all local, state, and federal laws. Desire to provide excellent and competent Client service. Reliability, responsiveness, accountability, punctuality and respect for deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop case strategies. Ability to negotiate and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Good organizational skills, adaptability and attention to detail. Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy and/or Legal Debt Resolution experience and knowledge preferred.
