Associate Attorney - Immigration The candidate must have 2 years experience, handling all aspects of immigration law. Litigation experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Spanish language proficiency a must. Strong organizational skills to handle a heavy workload is required. Must be licensed to practice law- Preferably NY/NJ, but look at the right candidate licensed in another State that is willing to get admitted to the NJ Bar.
