Trial Attorney The ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside the senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for the clients. Will manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks. Preside over paralegals, and administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings, and completing client projects. Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action. Drafting pleadings, motions, letters, and other legal research and writings. Attend Court hearings and Trials. The candidate should be a member of their local Bar association. An active member is preferred. Should preferably have 1-2 years of experience working in a law firm environment. Should have Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis).
