Family Law Paralegal The candidate' must be an experienced family law paralegal to join our team! Must have at least two years of experience and be familiar with the different family law courts, their coordinators, and know how each court does things. Duties include drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, managing calendars, interacting with clients, courts and other attorneys, filing legal documents with the court, and other tasks as directed. Should have litigation experience, and a stellar work ethic. There is a billable hour requirement.
