Summary: The is looking for an experienced Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Paralegal to join their team in Millersville, MD. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years prior experience in managing a Plaintiff s personal injury and/or Workers Compensation caseload, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite program and Needles Case Management Software, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented and self-motivated. Job Title: Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Paralegal Location: Millersville, MD Requirements: * Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in managing a Plaintiff s personal injury and/or Workers Compensation caseload * Superb interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity and self-discipline * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite program and Needles Case Management Software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task, be an excellent communicator * Possess strong organizational skills, the ability to follow instructions, switch tasks quickly and meet deadlines * Professional attitude and appearance, customer service attitude and follow up skills * Ability to handle and keep client information confidential * Sense of urgency, ability to make judgement calls and expected to be highly accurate * Ability to learn and adapt quickly, have a positive outlook and vision, and be a lifelong learner * Strong professionalism and ability to work independently Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end * Gather, analyze, and research information and documents * Educate the client on case progression and set appropriate client expectations * Escalate issues to the attorney and/or supervisor as necessary * Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community * Maintaining client files * Calculate and manage deadlines * Review, analyze and summarize case files and medical records * Prepare various legal documents * Other duties as assigned Salary: Full time position with a competitive benefits package. 3 years prior experience in managing a Plaintiff's personal injury and/or Workers A?
