Legal Secretary Draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys. Compile and prepare draft discovery responses. Assist managing attorney with scheduling and calendaring deadlines and other relevant dates. Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation by way of consistent communication with client, claims and full partnership with attorney through end of case. Answer and moderate incoming telephone calls in a professional manner; take precise phone messages, screen potential new clients. Serve as Notary Public Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence in multiple venues. Update and maintain internal databases. Prepare materials for case preparation. Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation. Prepare and organize exhibits for filings. Prepare and file all court documents. Ability work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Resourceful research and analytical skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe. Associate degree or equivalent experience is required. Paralegal certification by an ABA approved program is preferred. Should have 2-3 years civil litigation of experience.
