Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of Personal Injury support work including : Intake of new PI cases, Cataloging and filing, Client contact, Medical Summaries, Preparing Pleadings and paper Discovery, knowledge of UM/UIM Issues, Case Management, preparation for depositions, Pre-trial orders, liens, Use of Trial Director and PowerPoint, lien handling and scheduling. Should be an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to fill an immediate full time opening. Must have 3-5 years INDIANA Plaintiff s Personal Injury experience. Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written is essential. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Trial Director is essential. Prior INDIANA Personal Injury law firm experience is essential.
