Foreclosure Attorney The candidate will review documents for accuracy and legal compliance. Will provide direction on files to legal assistants and paralegals, answer legal assistant and paralegal questions, review and resolve title issues, resolve payment disputes, explain file issues to the client, correspond with clients, borrowers, and title companies about file issues, and assist the attorney manager with internal reporting requirements as needed. Must have Juris Doctorate degree and admission to the RI Bar. Should have 1-3 years experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or closings (particularly REO) either as an attorney or a paralegal. MA and/or NH Bar is preferred.
