Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist in the supervision of a case from start to finish. Will retain clients, develop legal strategies, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and attend court/depositions/mediations, etc. Should have experience in state and federal litigation. Legal expertise in additional areas of the law is also helpful. Must be a licensed member of the Utah Bar. Comprehensive knowledge of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure is needed. Trial experience preferred.
