Associate Attorney The candidate must be a litigation attorney with 3+ year of medium to large law firm experience. Should have significant experience with all aspects of general commercial and civil litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery in complex cases. Experience in securities litigation is preferred. Must have excellent research and writing skills. Courtroom experience handling substantive motions and discovery disputes is a plus. Florida Bar admission is required.
