Immigration Attorney The candidate will take an active part in meetings with clients, understand the issues at hand, and come up with a possible direction to handle and resolve the case. Will assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and interviews, and to participate in legal proceedings to gain experience. Study and identify the laws that are applicable to each case. Conduct thorough research and assist in gathering all relevant data and information to present the best case possible for clients in court. Prepare and draft various legal arguments, briefs, and other relevant legal material and reports. Must have 1+ year of experience. Experience in one or more of legal practice areas is preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English with strong communication skills required.
