### Associate Litigation Attorney at Dailey Law Firm Dailey Law Firm, PC is a multi-state litigation law firm with offices in Metro Detroit, Chicago, Northern Indiana and Indianapolis. We specialize in personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, commercial disputes, civil rights and social security/ERISA disability claims. We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** - Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare legal documents. - Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings. - Review and analyze legal matters and advise clients of their legal rights and responsibilities. - Represent clients in negotiations and other settlement discussions. - Develop and maintain client relationships. - Monitor changes in laws, regulations and legal opinions. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of personal injury litigation and/or civil litigation experience. - Strong research and writing skills. - Working knowledge of all appropriate computer software including Word and Excel. - Reliable transportation, adequate insurance and clean driving and criminal record. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Michigan Bar License (Required). **Benefits:** - Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year. - Commission pay. - Dental insurance. - Health insurance. - Paid time off. - Professional development assistance. - Referral program.
