Attorney The candidate should have 1 to 3 years experience or a recent law graduate who is licensed in Texas, graduated in the top 10% of their class and who was on law review. The position will focus on first-party insurance cases arising out of wind and hail claims. The hired candidate will be involved intimately in all phases of litigation and will have an opportunity to attend depositions, hearings and possibly trials. If you are interested in litigation, this is a perfect opportunity to get experience early in your carrier from an attorney who has tried cases to a jury and has been very successful.
