The ideal candidate would have experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts; knowledge of Microsoft Word and/or WordPerfect, Excel and Outlook; and knowledge of electronic filing in both state and federal courts. Occasional overnight travel is required. should have High school or equivalent. Must have 5 years of Law Office experience.
