Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Manage administrative aspects of client matters, including contact information, filing and destroying older files as needed. Schedule meetings; Draft, finalize and mail correspondence to clients and courts. File management and organization. Contact clients, courts, MassHealth, and Registries of Deeds as needed. Research and prepare deeds, and other documents for recording with the registry of deeds. Copy, scan and assemble executed estate planning documents for presentation to clients. Assemble MassHealth/Medicaid Applications. Assist in probate administration. Manage schedules for office conferences, court appointments, and telephone conferences. Working cooperatively with other departments and individuals in the firm. Performing other duties as assigned. Should be proficient in use of computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new legal software. Must have excellent organizational skills. Should be proficient with using photocopy, scanner and facsimile machines. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
