Employment Attorney The candidate will be drafting a wide variety of employment-related documents, litigating on behalf of both employees and employers, and negotiating settlements. Primary responsibilities will include preparation of demand letters and ensuing negotiations, drafting policies and procedures, providing advice and counsel, client intake, researching and drafting responses to client questions, and litigating on behalf of both employees and employers. Should have 3+ years of employment litigation experience at a reputable law firm. Admission to the California State bar is required. Will have top-notch legal writing and research skills. Must also be personable and able to relate well to colleagues, clients and opposing counsel alike.
