Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle litigation support for a personal injury attorney. Will be drafting correspondence, all pleadings, including discovery, disclosure, subpoena, and all items from the initial Complaint through Trial. Docketing and deadline management. Organizing and Indexing documents in an internal electronic database. Independently managing issues in the attorney's absence. Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer functionality. Must have 5 years of experience in Personal Injury Law, familiar with AZRCP and applicable Arizona statutes. Must have excellent organization skills and be able to effectively communicate with others.
